- Cancellation: Please, kindly acknowledge that full refunds for services are available not later than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the the booking. Cancellations at least 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Treatments cancelled later than 24 hours before the start of the treatment will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling: If you would like to change the date of the treatment, please, kindly contact me not less than 48 hours before the scheduled treatment time.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
